1) EVENT:

• The “Galloping Into A Stellar Year” event (“the game”, “the event”, or “the campaign”), is organised by Stellar Ace Pte. Ltd. (“Stellar Ace”). The event commences on 12 February 2026 00:00 (UTC+08:00) and closes on 4 March 2026 23:59 (UTC+08:00).
• There is no participation fee for joining the event. The participant(s) (“Participant(s)”) agrees that any costs incurred while participating in the event is solely to be borne by the Participant.
• Communications in relation to the event will only be distributed through Stellar Ace’s official communication channels. Stellar Ace retains the discretion to disqualify any Participant without any prior notice from the event if the Participant is found to be monetising access to the contest image, hints, or answers or any other event-related material distributed as distributed through Stellar Ace’s official communication channels, including within the game.
• By participating in the event, the Participant warrants and represents that the Participant has attained the age of 18 years or, if under the age of 18 years, has the Participant’s parent or legal guardian’s consent to enter the event and agreement to all terms in these Terms and Conditions (“the T&Cs”).
• By participating in the event, the Participant agrees to conduct him or herself in an appropriate manner throughout the event and agrees not to obstruct, injure, or otherwise harass fellow Participants and Stellar Ace’s employees.
• By participating in the event, the Participant agrees to strictly abide by and comply with the safety instructions as issued by Stellar Ace. The Participant agrees that, apart from the safety instructions issued by Stellar Ace, the Participant will take reasonable precautions and safety measures while participating in the event.

2) ELIGIBILITY:

• The Participant must have a place of residence in Singapore.
• The Participant must not be (i) an existing employee of Stellar Ace or its Affiliates or contractors, who has been directly involved in the conceptualisation, development and execution of Galloping Into A Stellar Year, (“such person”) or (ii) an immediate family member of such person. “Affiliate(s)” means an entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control of a party.

3) LICENCE:

• Each Participant agrees to grant Stellar Ace a perpetual (regardless of whether Galloping Into A Stellar Year has ended), irrevocable, non-exclusive, royaltyfree and freely transferable licence to publish, promote, copy, reproduce, transmit, display, edit, adapt, modify, create derivative works of and/or otherwise distribute the Participant's works, such as but not limited to Instagram Stories, Telegram stickers, for the promotion and publicity of Stellar Ace; in any manner, format, or media known or later devised, in perpetuity, including and without limitation to online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
• Each Participant also agrees to grant Stellar Ace the right to sublicense the rights licensed above.
• For the avoidance of doubt, Stellar Ace expressly reserves the right to adapt, edit, or modify the above-mentioned works for any promotional or marketing purposes of Stellar Ace.
• The Participant warrants that the materials, achievements or works provided by him/her in this event are independently created, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and shall not infringe any copyright or other rights of any third party. Should there be any violation, the Participant shall be responsible for resolving and indemnifying Stellar Ace for any and all damages and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees and litigation costs) incurred to Stellar Ace.

4) RULES OF THE GAME:

• The objective of Galloping Into A Stellar Year is to guess the number of brand items which are displayed as an image on selected bus shelter panels in Singapore. Additional marketing materials to amplify the campaign will be displayed on selected iView digital display screens, bus shelter digital screens in MRT Stations in Singapore, the Stellar Ace website and social media platforms. Participants stand a chance to win a Prize (as defined below).
• Participants will scan a QR code displayed on the image on selected bus shelter panels in Singapore, selected bus shelter digital screens and selected iView digital display screens in MRT Stations in Singapore. Upon scanning, participants will be directed to the Stellar Ace website, where they can submit their answers by 4 March 2026 23:59 (UTC+08:00).

5) PRIZE:

• From all eligible correct entries, two (2) winners will be randomly selected – one for each brand. Each winner will receive S$888 in cash (each a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”). The winners will be announced by Stellar Ace within 7 working days from the end of the challenge.
• Stellar Ace reserves the right to modify and/or withdraw the Prizes at any time at their sole discretion, as updated from time to time in the T&Cs.
• Each Prize and its corresponding terms and conditions are listed in Annex A.
• Each participant is eligible to redeem a maximum of one (1) Prize, provided that the participant has complied with all requirements in the T&Cs.
• The Winners must complete and submit the answer via the Stellar Ace website for each Prize in the game by 4 March 2026 23:59 (UTC+08:00), or his/her Prize(s) will be forfeited.
• By making a submission on Stellar Ace’s website, each participant expressly consents to Stellar Ace's processing, collection, usage and disclosure of his or her personal data for the purpose of prize fulfilment. Personal data is defined as the participant's name, email address, mobile phone number, year of birth, bank account information, and any other personal information that the participant provides to Stellar Ace.
• The participant shall be responsible for providing complete and accurate information such as, but not limited to, first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, year of birth, bank account information, or any other information that the participant provides to Stellar Ace. Stellar Ace accepts no responsibility for any inability or failure to award the Prize to the winner arising from any inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the winner.
• The winner will be contacted by Stellar Ace via email within seven (7) calendar days from the date of determination of the results for the Prize for prize fulfilment. Upon receiving the email, the winner must provide prize fulfilment details such as, but not limited to, bank account information, within seven (7) Business Days, and in the event the winner fails to provide such information within the aforesaid period, Stellar Ace reserves the right to forfeit the Prize to the winner. The Prize needs to be collected by the winner within the stipulated time frame of the Prize. “Business Day” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Singapore, on which banks are open in Singapore for general commercial business.
• The winners agree to have their names published on, including and without limitation to, Stellar Ace’s event website and on Stellar Ace’s Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, and any other social media accounts.
• The winners agree to partake in at least three (3) media-related activities with Stellar Ace including, and without limitation to, interviews with Stellar Ace and/or their other partners (if any). The winners also agree not to partake in any other media-related activities in relation to the event without prior consent from Stellar Ace.
• If Stellar Ace discovers that a winner has, among other things, not conducted him or herself in an appropriate manner in the course of playing the game, or in a manner that is clearly prejudicial to the spirit of the game, said winner will not be entitled to the Prize. Should the aforesaid breach be discovered after the collection of the Prize, such Prize shall be forfeited and be returned to Stellar Ace on demand.
• The decisions made by Stellar Ace regarding facts connected with the event, including the result of the winners, are final. No appeals by the participants will be entertained.
• The winners shall be responsible for all costs associated with collecting/returning the Prizes at the registered office of Stellar Ace. Stellar Ace is not responsible for any costs associated with the above.

6) DATA PRIVACY, COLLECTION, USAGE, AND DISCLOSURE:

• By participating in the event, the participant expressly consents to Stellar Ace's processing, collection, usage and disclosure of his or her personal data for purposes of participant identification, verification, validation, prize fulfilment, contacting the participant, diagnostic testing, fraud prevention measures, liaison and marketing. Personal data is defined as the participant's name, photo portrait, email address, address, mobile phone number, year of birth, and any other personal information that the participant provides to Stellar Ace.
• By participating in the event, the participant expressly authorises and consents to Stellar Ace's usage of the participant’s first name, last name and email address, for the specific purpose of referencing to its database to determine the participant’s identity and eligibility.
• The participant hereby grants his or her consent to Stellar Ace to use his or her personal data provided for verification, contact, liaison, and/or marketing purposes in connection with any of Stellar Ace’s programmes, outreach, initiatives, and/or activities.
• The participant understands that the personal data will be processed by Stellar Ace and its Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and/or assignees and any other person expressly authorised to process the personal data.

7) LIABILITIES:

All participants in the event agree that Stellar Ace and its Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors, and/or assignees shall not be liable in any way for any and all claims by any participant or third party, and agree to indemnify Stellar Ace and its Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors and/or assignees against any and all claims made against Stellar Ace and its Affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, subcontractors and/or assignees, including but not limited to:

• Slander, libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy, publicity, and/or civil rights, depiction in a false light, intentional or negligent, infliction of emotional distress, copyright infringement, and/or any other tort and damages arising from or in any other way related to their participation in the event;
• All injuries, losses or damages to property or person of any kind, including death, claims, actions, proceedings and other liability arising out of or caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prizes or participation in the event;
• Any loss, late, mechanically duplicated, illegible, incomplete, mutilated, tampered, damaged, corrupted or misdirected entries; and
• Any losses, costs, expenses, fees or damages incurred by a third party arising out of or in connection with the participant’s involvement in the event or any activity related thereto, including without limitation, any breakdown or malfunction of any computer system or equipment.

8) WARRANTIES AND SEVERABILITY:

• Stellar Ace makes no warranty, whether expressly or impliedly, that the event will be error-free and/or uninterrupted, and/or that the content or any functions associated with the event’s website or Stellar Ace’s official website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the event’s website or Stellar Ace’s official website are free of any viruses and/or other harmful elements.
• Stellar Ace makes no warranty, whether expressly or impliedly, as to any harm arising from accessing any information or material through Stellar Ace’s websites or social media platforms, including and without limitation to harm caused by viruses or similar contamination or destructive features, whether or not known.
• Stellar Ace does not warrant that any clarifications or any other communication given with reference or in relation to the event will be error-free and/or uninterrupted.
• Stellar Ace does not warrant that their safety regulations are the only safety guidelines that the participants have to abide by.
• Stellar Ace makes no warranty, whether expressly or impliedly, as to any harm arising from accessing any information or material through Stellar Ace’s, official websites or its social media platforms, including and without limitation to harm caused by viruses or similar contamination or destructive features, whether or not known.
• If any term or provision of the T&Cs is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such term or provision shall be deemed to be deleted from the T&Cs and the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the T&Cs shall remain in full force and effect. Stellar Ace’s failure to enforce at any time the provisions of the T&Cs or any rights in respect thereto shall in no way be considered to be a waiver of such provisions, rights, or elections or in any way affect the validity of the T&Cs.

9) NOTICE:

• The decision of Stellar Ace on all matters pertaining to the event (including any dispute arising from gameplay, or any information transmitted by Stellar Ace in relation to the event, or interpretation of the T&Cs) is final and binding on all parties.
• The participant hereby agrees and acknowledges that all electronic communications made pursuant to the participation in the event shall be given legal effect, validity, and enforceability and shall have, between the parties thereto, comparable evidential value to that accorded to a signed written document.

10) GENERAL PROVISIONS:

• Stellar Ace reserve the right to amend the T&Cs without prior/further notice. The revised T&Cs shall apply to the event from the date of publication of the revised T&Cs on the Stellar Ace website, and the participant hereby waives any right that the participant may otherwise have to be notified of, or to consent to, revisions of the T&Cs.
• Stellar Ace reserves the right at their sole discretion, to suspend, postpone or terminate the event or shorten or extend the duration of the event and/or amend, modify, delete, supplement, replace or revise the T&Cs, without any liability or prior/further notification to any person, including but not limited to any participant.
• Stellar Ace shall not be liable to any party whatsoever for any delay in complying or failure to comply with the T&Cs due to the occurrence of any event or circumstance beyond its control, including without any limitation to, acts of God, natural disasters or catastrophes, extremely severe weather, fire, subsidence, riots, outbreak of military hostilities (whether or not war is declared), expropriation by governmental authorities, act of terrorism, earthquake, flood, embargo, sabotage, explosion, epidemics, health threats, quarantine requirements, COVID-19 restrictions, governmental or regulator act, strike (including that of its own employees and/or contractors), civil commotion, failure of third parties, change or issuance of new applicable laws.
• In all circumstances, Stellar Ace’s decisions shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to the event, and no further correspondence shall be entertained. The participant agrees and undertakes to be bound by the aforesaid decisions.
• The T&Cs shall constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Stellar Ace and the participant.
• In the event of any inconsistency between the T&Cs and any brochure, marketing, promotional material, FAQs or any other terms and conditions relating to the event, the T&Cs shall prevail.

11) GOVERNING LAW:

The T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes relating to the T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
